Corporate administrative trouble shooter: Engaged and daily coordinated with professional and service vendors including: Insurance Companies and agents, Independent Auditors, Attorneys, Bankers, Government agencies at all levels, Third Party Administrators, and Collection Agencies. Responsible for trouble shooting and resolving various corporate problems.
Professional court witness relating to matters of corporate accounting procedures and tax applications.
Report monthly and annually to Board of Directors with respect to: Financial Reports; Annual Budget and Cash Flow Reports; Personnel Relations; Federal and State Tax Reporting; Past Due Collections; and Internal Audits.
